After a women’s weekend retreat in 1998 including discussions, bible study, prayer, and laughter, Women of Faith was founded. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for all women of our church to gather for worship, spiritual and personal growth, fellowship and to help other less fortunate individuals.
Most of our functions are focused toward mission local and worldwide such as the following:
- Neighbors Helping Neighbors
- Angel Network (local school programs)
- Turning Point
- Pieces of Warmth (quilt distribution)
- Rescue Mission
- Gift of the Heart Kits (Church World Service)
- Westminster Village (Presbyterian Home)
- Toys for Tots
- Meals on Wheels
- Prayer Shawl Ministry
- Faith Church Needs
Funds to support these charitable donations are made through our Annual Craft Fair, food and bake sales.
We gather Wednesdays 9:30 to 12:00 at the church for fellowship, crafting and planning upcoming events. ALL are welcome.
