Faithful Harmonizers
The Faithful Harmonizers, our vocal choir, leads congregational singing and offers an eclectic selection of anthems and postludes at the 10:00 AM worship service 3-4 times a month from September through May. This ensemble is open to musicians from age 13 and up regardless of musical ability or prior experience. Rehearsals are held once a week in the Sanctuary for approximately one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes. Though weekly attendance is highly encouraged, all are welcome to participate as the spirit moves them. Faithful Ringers
The Faithful Ringers, our handbell choir, offer an eclectic selection of preludes, anthems, and postludes at the 10:00 AM worship service once a month from September through May. This ensemble is open to musicians from age 13 and up regardless of musical ability or prior experience. Rehearsals are held once a week in the Music Room for approximately one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes. Though weekly attendance is highly encouraged, all are welcome to participate as the spirit moves them. Children's Music Time
Children of all ages are invited to join Children’s Music Time on the second and fourth Sundays from November through May following the 10:00 AM Sunday worship service. Children from age 6 months through 12 years participate in a moment of musical engagement that includes singing songs and playing instruments that correspond to their age, interests, and capabilities. Though regular attendance is highly encouraged, all are welcome to participate as the spirit allows and moves them. For those unable to attend regularly, social media posts demonstrating our current project will be placed on Faith Presbyterian Church’s Facebook page so you can work with your child(ren) from home. Faithful Musical Moments
No matter how great or how small, God rejoices when you share your gifts with others. Faithful Musical Moments are opportunities for everyone to share their musical talents during the Prelude, Offertory, and/or Postlude moments of the 10:00 AM Sunday worship service. These moments are for anyone interested in performing a solo, duet, etc. Please see John if you need help selecting repertoire, need an accompanist on piano, organ, or tenor saxophone, or have any other questions.
At Faith Presbyterian Church, the Music Ministry Program is available to individuals of all ages as a medium to express their faith and to use their God given talents in the praise of God through Worship. You are always welcomed to share your musical gifts at Faith Presbyterian Church.
