Women’s Mission Group
After a women’s weekend retreat in 1998 including discussions, bible study, prayer, and laughter, Women of Faith was founded. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for all women of our church to gather for worship, spiritual and personal growth, fellowship and to help other less fortunate individuals.
Most of our focus is concentrated toward supporting local and worldwide mission efforts such as:
- Day Break
- Neighbors Helping Neighbors
- Angel Network (local school programs)
- Turning Point
- Pieces of Warmth (making and distributing Quilts)
- The Kindness Project
- Meals on Wheels
- Teacher’s Closet
- Ripple
Funds to support these charitable donations are made through our Annual Craft Fair, food and bake sales.
We gather Wednesdays 9:30 to 12:00 at the church for fellowship, crafting and planning upcoming events. ALL are welcome.
